Bill: RP Law: Paramilitary Organizations

Details

Submitted by[?]: Talmorian Nkwagye Kuw (TNK)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 5175

Description[?]:

The Talmoria law currently allows the creation of Paramilitary Organizations as part of each Political Party, therefore, it is the government's job to establish some of the principles that each militia must have.

Articles:

1. This bill applies to all political parties present in Talmoria that have a Paramilitary force.

2. To register a Militia it is necessary to specify the fields dictated in this act.

3. No political party is required or should be required to form a Paramilitary Force, this is left to the decision of the Party leaders.

4. The formation of Militias can be for any reason specified by the leaders of the Party to which it belongs.

5. Each political party that has a paramilitary force must designate the structure and organization of its paramilitary forces in a bill under debate. The Militias are part of each political party, and therefore belong to the player who created them, allowing the player to do whatever he wants with his paramilitary forces.

6. In case of invasion, coup attempt or any natural disaster, the government can temporarily nationalize the paramilitary forces of any political party, this does not mean that the player loses the right to his paramilitary forces, but that he must use his militias in favor of the state, take into account that the State MUST denationalize the paramilitary forces once the national emergency ends.

7. Each political party must specify the places of deployment of its paramilitary forces in the short and long term, using a bill in discussion with the information, and in the event of a change in the deployment, the party must report it in the same manner specified above.

8. The size of the militia must never exceed the number of total voters who received the last elections in the entire country.

9. In case the party believes that it is necessary to mobilize more men, it has to specify it in a bill that remains in debate (Example: The socialist brigade, due to (...) decides to mobilize the amount of 5000 men) .

10. The militias cannot use weapons prohibited by the Talmoria law, if they are surprised the government has the right to conduct a military operation to disband the paramilitary force

All suggestions are appreciated.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
