Description[?]:
Government Organization Restructing Policy ================================== The duties required for the head of state and head of government are ratically different. Thus we should not have a single person working both jobs. The People shall elect their representative to the world, and this person shall then work toward forming a Cabinet that can run the government effectively. We should find the best people for the job in implementing governmental actions. Thus we will assign our civil servants based on ability not ideology. Though governmental employees must perform their duties to the best of their abilites regardless of their opinion on the policy. Local governments shall be represented through local councils rather then individual mayors. These councils may if deemed necessary hire city managers to run the government, however policy decisions shall remain in the power of the council, to better represent the people. Each Province shall be deemed equal in the eyes of the government. The larger Provinces shall not dominate the smaller ones. Thus each Province shall send an equal number of legistlators to the Assembly to control policy. The 301st member shall be elected by those nationals which live overseas and no longer have a residence within the Federation and whose vote will only be considered in the event of a tie from the other 300 votes. |
