| From the moment the National Assembly accepts this bill to reform the army, a new doctrine will be implemented along with various military reforms, the following being: -Mandatory military service after completing college or any school degree the individual was able to complete, citizens can object to their military service if they are approved by the ministry of defense in their local province to do so. -The use of land mines in the event of a war will be allowed, but will be restricted to places previously examined by agencies designated for this work, furthermore extensive planning is needed to place the mines -The government will be allowed to use biological and chemical weapons if deemed necessary, will need authorization from the Minister of Defense and the Prime Minister to launch the weapons, in addition to the permission of the high command designated to the defense of the place where the weapons are stored. -The army will focus mainly on the defense of Gaduridos and its allies, and may intervene in future conflicts if deemed necessary by the military high command. -In the event of a geopolitical situation that threatens national security or that of allies, the army will be placed on alert and will take defensive positions designated by the military high command. -The air force will be the most modern part of the army, it is expected that it will have recent equipment produced in and outside the country and a good competent high command that is capable of conducting air missions and supporting the Army in military operations -The doctrine used by the army will be the 'Rioseco' doctrine, which specializes in defense, with defense strategies for rural and urban areas, focused on combining air power with good defense by the Army, or anti-air defense in industrial and civilian areas in the event of the inability of the air forces to continue with your usual service, this doctrine will allow the government to commission the army and volunteers to build defenses throughout the country in the event of an intense geopolitical environment or in a war |
