THIS DOCUMENT WAS APPROVED BY MODERATION ON 23/09/2022 AND IS BINDING: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8606&start=1500#p179710 Vote on Cultural Protocol: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=678174 About Tukarali: Tukarali is a Portuguese-speaking country which was built and developed by immigrants from Artania, Seleya, Majatra and Dovani. In this regard, it can be considered to be a "settler nation-state" like the United States of America, Brazil, Australia and Argentina, but even more ethnically diverse. In short, the Lusitanians (Portuguese-speaking people who originated from Darnussia and its islands) moved to what is now known as Tukarali in order to flee measures taken in Darnussia to Artanianise (Germanise) the country. Fleeing persecution, the Lusitanians established the Tukarese state but quickly adopted a liberal immigration policy in order to encourage more people to arrive to develop the country. This explains the diverse ethnic composition of Tukarali. Ethnicity: Tukarali has a mixed-race society consisting of Brancos (Whites), Pardos (Mixed-race people), Pretos (Blacks) and Orientais (Easterners). • Brancos (36%) ---> 36,000,000 --- Descendência Lusitana [Portuguese] (58%) ---> 20,880,000 --- Descendência Istaliana [Italian] (17%) ---> 6,120,000 --- Descendência Egeliana [Spanish] (9%) ---> 3,240,000 --- Descendência Canrilliana [French] (6%) ---> 2,160,000 --- Descendência Duntrekker [Afrikaner] (5%) ---> 1,800,000 --- Descendência Valruziana [Polish] (4%) ---> 1,440,000 --- Descendência Luthoriana [English] (1%) ---> 360,000 • Pardos (25%) ---> 25,000,000 • Pretos (24%) ---> 24,000,000 --- Descendência Ibutho [Zulu] (40%) ---> 9,600,000 --- Descendência Watembo [Swahili] (37%) ---> 8,880,000 --- Descendência Kuragao [Pan-African] (13%) ---> 3,120,000 --- Descendência Asli [West African / Central African] (10%) ---> 2,400,000 • Orientais (14%) ---> 14,000,000 --- Descendência Sekowana [Japanese] (55%) ---> 7,700,000 --- Descendência Aldegarana [Iranian] (24%) ---> 3,360,000 --- Descendência Indralana [Chinese] (21%) ---> 2,940,000 • Indígena (1%) ---> 1,000,000 Language: The official language of Tukarali is Tukarese (Portuguese). • Tukarense (96%) [Portuguese] • Istaliana (23%) [Italian] • Luthoriana (20%) [English] • Egeliana (12%) [Spanish] • Ibutho (6%) [Zulu] • Canrilliana (6%) [French] • Watembo (6%) [Swahili] • Sekowana (6%) [Japanese] • Aldegarana (2%) [Persian] • Indralana (2%) [Chinese] • Kuragao (2%) [Pan-African languages] • Asli (2%) [West African / Central African languages] • Duntrekker (2%) [Afrikaans] • Valruziana (1%) [Polish] • Línguas indígenas (1%) [Indigenous languages] Religion: • Religious Population: 77% • Non-Religious Population: 23% • Aurorian Patriarchal Church [Roman Catholicism] (62%) • Inkolo Esintsundu Sizwe Syncretism [Syncretism of Terran and real world African World religions] (10%) • Ahmadism [Islam] (7%) • Ameliorate Church of Saridan [Reformed Calvinism] (6%) • Kamism [Shinto] (6%) • Kanzo [Monotheistic Tukarese Religion] (2%) • Yazdism [Zoroastrianism] (2%) • Guidao/Jienism [Chinese folk religion and Confucianim] (2%) • Daenism [Buddhism] 2% • Indigenous beliefs (1%) Guidelines: • The names of political parties should be in Portuguese • The names of vast majority of characters/'candidates'/politicians should be Portuguese • A small number of Portuguese names mixed with Italian/African/Japanese/Iranian/Chinese/French/Afrikaner/English first or surnames may be permitted, but it is suggested these are mixed with Portuguese forenames or surnames Important Links: Game Rules:http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6363 Cultural Protocols Index:http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6365 Forum:http://forum.particracy.net/ |

Random fact: Cultural Protocols should generally be reflective of RP conducted within the nation and should not significantly alter or modify the ethnic, religious or linguistic composition without considerable and reasonable role-play or other justification. |
Random quote: "Public schools are government-established, politician- and bureaucrat-controlled, fully politicized, taxpayer-supported, authoritarian socialist institutions. In fact, the public-school system is one of the purest examples of socialism existing in America." - Thomas L. Johnson |
