As the current Minister of Finance, I Propose that we relocate 6 billion RCR into the defense budget for this year. We will remove 3 Billion RCR from the Ministry of science and technology and 3 Billion RCR from the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. With this relocation, I also propose to raise the sales tax on essential goes from 0% to 2%. We also propose to make Workers Union membership voluntary Every year the Government will propose a new budget for approval.
