| In the Council of Peers of the Union of Sekowo A LAW To serve Justice in the Union. Section 1: Minors have a curfew of 11:00 PM. Section 2: The death penalty is legal for capital crimes such as murder, conspiracy to murder, treason, espionage, and genocide. A jury must approve the death penalty. Section 3: Both public and private communities may be gated. Section 4: Juries decide the monetary award for lawsuits, period. | Message | We see no problem with gated communites. We also do not see any problem with the death penalty for criminals that commit treason, terrorize Sekowans, and/or crimes against mankind such as genocide. Minors should not be out beyond 11:00 PM. Why do you insist that they be out that late anyways? |

| Message | The Drake party likes 2 and 3, but has a problem with 4. we recently wrote the bill to make the law the way it is and we would find it hard to support turning it back. The economic consequences could be huge. We could compromise if 1 was changed to curfews only in a state of emergency or if 2 was expanded to allow for the death penalty in broader situations. Of course we could also support the bill if 4 was simply taken out. |
