Description[?]:

Just In: The Committee Chairman Kyle Carlston in the the meeting which seemed to the last one of the committee announced the Committee verdict sentencing Charlotte Davies.

"The Parliamentary Investigation Committee has completed its deliberation over the matter of references against the Former Governor General Charlotte Davied and has reached following conclusion:
~ We are of view that although the Governor General Neutrality bill was passed years later after establishment of post of GG but the office of Governor General was never meant to be an active political office. The framers of Commonwealth established the office as a Compromise between the Republicans & Monarchists to avoid conflict. If Governor General was meant to be an active political office then there would be no difference between it & the President. The duties of Governor General includes the inauguration of new parliament every elections & state opening of new parliamentary sessions every year, approving the appointments of ministers, approving thw advises tendered by the Government, speeches of non political nature approved by the Government via Governor General's office & attending formal government events and other non political duties as approved by the Government & may include reception of foreign officials as well. This office is a symbol of unity & should be maintained as such.
~The Governor General Davies did exact opposite,She was highly involved in politics & even mentioned herself as the head of a political party & attended & made political speeches disregarding her obligations. From elections campaigns to Political speeches to recommending cabinets of her own choices were all violation of the protocol & norms.
~Considering & Keeping in view all of the decisions & circumstances we recommend that the Charlotte Davies be disqualified lifetime from running for any office (elective & official) & is fined £10 Million (LPD) & sentenced to 1 year imprisonment.
~The Report has been sent to Speaker of House & President of Senate to be laid before the Houses.
I
thank all the Hon' members of the committee who assisted in the process & all the officials of the Government spanning over years belonging to different political parties. It is a great & historic achievement.Thankyou all."
