PREAMBLE The Bundesparlament, 1. Acknowledging that the agricultural sector is the basis of the economy of the Democratic Republic of Dundorf; 2. Recognizing that the agricultural sector of the Democratic Republic of Dundorf has failed to achieve socialist agricultural production, while private agricultural production has continued without restriction; 3. Desiring to eliminate the existing imbalances between the individual farmers, to strengthen the class of socialist farmers in rural areas and to increase the efficiency of socialist agriculture and to improve the condition of the agricultural sector; 4. Conscious that the existing system of small-scale agricultural production has a negative impact on the socialist society of the Democratic Republic of Dundorf as it hinders the workers from concentrating on social production; Hereby declares the following: |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Government agricultural and farming subsidies policy.
Old value:: The government allows local governments to craft agricultural subsidy policy.
Current: Agricultural crops which are considered beneficial to the enviroment or to the continued ecological safety of the state are subsidized.
Proposed: All agricultural operations are state-owned and operated.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning farm size.
Old value:: Small farms are encouraged to merge together into larger ones.
Current: Farm size regulations are determined by local governments.
Proposed: Farms that grow too large are broken up and the land redistributed.

Message | In a socialist society, the working people are the ones who actually have the power to guide the economy. The communist party stresses the need for a united agricultural economy and stresses the need for the immediate establishment of collectivized agricultural production. This would lead to the elimination of contradictions between individual farmers and would also increase the efficiency of agricultural production. My fellow deputies, by voting for this law, you will be leading our country towards a more beautiful tomorrow! |
