| This bill asks for the ratification of The Three Nation Territorial And Economic Alliance. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. This treaty is our opportunity to claim our right as one of the great nations of Terra. This treaty is a strong alliance that has taken every precaution in mind to protect our citizens, economy and teritory. The treaty has been a reality through diplomatic relations with Likatonia and Keymon and will be a regional treaty with a strong uniting perspective. In this alliance together with our regional fellow nations we will be stronger and have a joint speaking platform to act through in front of the rest of Terra. This treaty has been the worked on for several years together with diplomats from the mentioned nations, but primarily has been the work of our foreign minister, Paul Thomas Jeffrey, and therefore we advice the parliament to vote in favour of this ratification! |

| Message | This is a poor treaty for our Country to join, not least of all as it could never be introduced as the odds of Keymon, a capitalist "hot house" and free market paradise, would never accept limiting access to their ports in such a way. We left a territorial, Internationally supported treaty with 37 ratifiers (not including ourselves) to join a treaty of 3 that no other nation on Terra is likely to support. Not only this but the two nations we are attempting to join with are 2 of the principal ratifiers of the previous treaty which would not allow this one to be introduced. We would have to ask about the thorough nature of the way these treaty negotiations have been carried out as, as of right now, we have no international support in claiming territorial rights over any area of ocean, including those that are directly linked to our Eastern border, we have recinded our treaties with our closest ally who would have, at great risk to themselves, readily agreed to support us should any other Countries attempt to take those borders from us. Our recinding of treaties, attempting to write new treaties without thorough planning have left this Country in an extremely precarious position. Not only this, but this treaty would have us stake claim to territory that we have never, throughout our history, claimed which would reduce our international standing wjilst also reducing the ability of Hobrazian ports and shipping lanes to compete on the international stage as shipping companies shift their trading routes. This entire treaty is a sham and should be held up as such. |
