Bill: Cabinet Proposal of February 2240

Details

Submitted by[?]: Covenanters (IA)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2241

Description[?]:

If any of the other parties with seats make a reappearance (PNF, Greens, etc) I will be glad to redraft to include them. However, as all members of a cabinet proposal have a veto I can't include absentees at this initial stage.

Random fact: Particracy is set in the fictional world of Terra, which mirrors the real world of today and yet is not quite like it.

Random quote: "Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill
