(This bill was proposed by the Senator for Carter Heritage Hills Tom Hawking-Davidson) Cooperative farming is a better form of farming. We should encourage our farmers to work together in order to create better farms that are more competitive against big farming corporation. Provision: Article 1.1)The main purpose of this bill is to encourage farmers into starting cooperative farming. Article 1.2)The farmers shall only be encouraged and never forced to make cooperative farming. Article 2)The federal government shall give to every farmer in Hutori a information pamphlet explaining how to do cooperative farming and explaining the advantage of doing so. Article 3)Every cooperative farm shall receive a 10% reduction of their annual tax. Article 4)If a provincial government decide to give financial help to the cooperative farms on his territory, may it be by subvention or tax break. The federal government will refund half of the cost of that financial help to that province |
