| Message | OOC: You are allowed to name your General Secretary Speaker, but you need to know that by law, the Speaker become politcly independant when elected and can't participate to debate. Its not like the american system when the Speaker of the House of Representatives is just the de-facto leader of the ruling party. This more in line with the Westminster system where the Speaker is an independant moderator of the debate. Also, please use ''OOC:'' when talking out of character. |
