| The Gaduri Trade Organisation (Sindicato Gaduri) shall be the sole legal trade union, which will be mandatory for all employed citizens. All other trade unions shall be banned and outlawed. In this only legal trade union, all workers and employers will work in a cooperative environment. Strikes are forbidden and firing a worker will be very costly and will always require government approval. |
