WHEREAS the health of our citizens is of paramount importance to the government of Likatonia,

AND it is well established that the private sector can provide goods and services at a lower cost, and with greater effeciency than the public sector with its bloated bureaucracies and unbending rules and regulations;

THEREFORE let it be proposed that the private sector be restored to the role of health care provider that is performed so well in the past.
