WHEREAS the health of our citizens is of paramount importance to the government of Likatonia, AND it is well established that the private sector can provide goods and services at a lower cost, and with greater effeciency than the public sector with its bloated bureaucracies and unbending rules and regulations; THEREFORE let it be proposed that the private sector be restored to the role of health care provider that is performed so well in the past. |

Old value:: The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets.
Current: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Proposed: The government subsidises a considerable discount for contraceptives.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Health care policy.
Old value:: Health care is entirely public and free; private clinics are banned.
Current: There is a public health care system, but private clinics are allowed.
Proposed: Health care is private, but is paid for by the state for people with low incomes.
Article 3

Old value:: The government pays for all citizens' pharmaceutical drugs.
Current: The government pays partially for all citizens' pharmaceutical drugs, and pays entirely for those of low income citizens.
