Since the Social Democratic Alliance requested that the Whigs be invited to the negotiations, and that it is now necessary following the dissolution of the Volkspartei, we are asking the Whigs to agree to the following government program. They can add some propositions if they want. 1. Cancel the Campbell Immigration law (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=683276) 2.Sex reassignment surgery is legal but regulated. 3.Abortion is allowed during the first trimester. 4.Employers cannot fire workers who have gone on strike. 5.VAT 3% 6. The state subsidizes the phone service of low income families, and regulates the rates providers can charge for phone service. 7. The state guarantees child benefit to both low-income families and large families. 8.No lowering of the minimum wage 9. Ban torture of suspects under all conditions 10. Ban paramilitaries 11. Leave teacher-led prayers up to the schools themselves 12. Nobility should not confer political rights 13. All civil servants should be politically independent 14. Police only carry standard or non-lethal arms, with no exceptions |
