This bill officially recognizes the abdication of Emperor David I in favor of his Grandson and named Heir Crown Prince and Grand Duke of Ananto William Ananto-Flores, and the Assembly's Confirmation of William as Emperor of Ananto and Kalistan. He shall be commonly stiled His Imperial Majesty Emperor William I Ananto, Emperor of Ananto and Kalistan, which his official Stile will be found within the Text of the Bill.

The Emperor shall retain the Titles Grand Duke of Ananto and will receive the title Count of Davon.

David I Ananto will be stripped of all titles save the title Count of Dulnerstaad, and shall receive the titles Prince of Ananto, which are hereby created by His Imperial Majesty.

As there is currently no Grand Duchess of Ananto, the title Empress of Ananto and Kalistan shall be vacated to such time that it is re-created by Royal Decree and conferred upon a spouse.

The Emperor of Ananto and Kalistan shall name a Crown Prince and Heir Apparent as soon as he has issue, but in the meanwhile, Marlene Fredricksson, Grand Duchess of Kalistan be named as Heir Apparent by the Will of His Imperial Majesty, and by the Assent of the National Assembly.

This bill will pass with majority approval in the National Assembly.
