(This bill was proposed by the Minister of Justice Christy Wynny) Even if we recognize that the death penalty is an ethically ambiguous practice that can be immoral in many case, we should still use it in extreme case. Some actions are simply so abject that they become unredeemable. We are talking about extremely heinous crime like treason or crime against humanity.In this kind of case, its better to use the death penalty than to risk keeping these kind of criminal alive. |
