Description[?]:
(This bill was proposed by the minister of Infrastructure and Transport Zack Hall) The idea of privately owned energy company is fundamentally flawed. As it is the case for many other industry, the energy industry will always form by monopolies. It's impossible to have different power plant competing against each other, it wouldn't work on the infrastructural level. We must stop what is essentially a corporate racket supported by the state. It's time for us to be the energy industry back into the service of the hutorian people. Nationalising energy corporation might cost us a lot of money in the short term, and might force us to take loans, but in the long term it will allow the government to bring large revenue while hacing a better control on our national ressources. Part 1:Energy regulation Article A1: Every electricity Company in Hutori will be nationalized by the federal government. Article A2: A State-owned company will be created and this company will be called ''Energy Hutori'' Article A3: Energy Hutori will manage and own the electricity production in all Hutori. Part 2:Power grid management Article B1: The control of power grid will be given to the ministry of Infrastructure and Transport Article B2: The power grid must be build in a way that everyone, whatever their location or social situation, has access to electricity. Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson |
