(This bill was proposed by the minister of Defence Anita Sutton) Even if we believe that we should not refrain ourselves entirely form using biological or chemical weapon, it would be wise to at least impose some form of guideline to its potential usage. We propose the following: Article 1.1) Biological or chemical weaponry shall only by used in time war and only if they have already been used by another nation first. Article 1.2) Chemical or biological weapons shall only be used in area where civilian wouldn’t be expected to be present in large quantities. Proposals |
