Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

GOVERNMENT PROGRAM:
1. Politicians work for the people, not the opposite

-Salaries of ministers and parliamentarians will be cut by half.
-The number of seats is to be decreased to 150.
-Decrease the number of buffer seats (granted to the largest party) from 31 to 21 in ducal elections to allow more proportionality.

2. Ducal autonomy
-Pass the Reformation of the Ducal Fiscal Regulations & Financing & Taxation Bill

3. Health care
-The government mandates vaccination for all children, but parents may opt out for religious or ideological reasons.
-There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.
-The government provides funding for abortions.

4. Economic reforms
-Tax percentage of the profit made by corporations increased to 20%
-Health budget is increased by 20 billions to fund the health care nationalisation
-Daily working hours are regulated by the government (35 hours work week)
-Energy is provided by nationalised companies.
-Two thirds of corporate boards must consist of employees
-Decrease military budget to 14 billions.
-A tax system reform to fund the health care reform. The richest will pay up to 65% of their income in taxes.

5. Police powers
-The police may arrest crime suspects.
-The police patrol public property at all times.

6.Education
-Reform the political education courses to include more education about the danger of the far-right and fascism.

7. Religion
-No state penalties are issued for blasphemy.
-Teacher-led prayers in schools are forbidden, except in religious schools

8. Climate change
-The government enforces highly restrictive industrial pollution standards.
-The official government position is that climate change is a serious issue. We need to take significant steps to stop it.
