The people of Beluzia should no longer be at the mercy of businesses trying to make a quick-buck on trashy thrillers and sleazy literature. Message | Why resort to private companies? Political lobbying, perhaps? Beluzian Libraries must be state owned! |

Message | You do know your description and proposal actually contradict one another. Your proposal suggests government ownership so that business' will not make money however by using private companies they clearly will. Bit of an oxymoron there. |

Message | Come again non-comprende? The private libraries will make money, but the government will able to make sure there is national coverage and a wide spread of literature etc etc. Unless I'm missing something I'm not sure what's oxymoronic... |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
