Article 1 - Tax Incentives and Grants The government shall introduce tax incentives and grants to support the establishment and growth of cooperative and non-profit organizations, and to provide them with the necessary financial resources to sustain their activities. Article 2 - Government Procurement The government shall prioritize the procurement of goods and services from cooperatives and non-profit organizations, in order to support their work and promote their values and principles within public services. Article 3 - Promotion of Cooperatives and Non-Profits in Media and Technology The government shall promote the use of cooperatives and non-profit organizations in media and technology, and shall provide support to such organizations in developing and implementing innovative solutions that benefit society as a whole. We propose that these measures be included in the next budget and that the relevant ministries work together to implement them in a timely and efficient manner. The adoption of this motion will demonstrate the government's commitment to building a more equitable and sustainable economy and society for all Mordusians. |
