The Shlomo Administration and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Beiteynuese Medinat hereby:

1. Adjust the structure of the MOFA's international stances as follows:
- Allies, the sovereign nations which Beiteynu will be willing to go to war for to protect, either via international agreements or via direct relations
- Partners, the sovereign nations with which Beiteynu maintains strong diplomatic and trade relationships, either via international agreements such as the Accord of Partnership or via direct relations, such as deeper relations through the Equifund Agreement
- Friendly, the sovereign nations with which Beiteynu maintains some base diplomacy
- Hostile, the sovereign nations which Beiteynu considers as hostile towards it or its partners and allies
2. Thus, all other nations are to be considered on Neutral stance.
