We should ban nudism. This is only a immoral way of allowing pedophiles to live out their perverted lust. Imagine that you cannot be save from weird people performing their perversions everywhere they wish. If we can't get rid of nudism in public and into the private sphere we should operate nudist colonies and beaches with clear signing to prevent unwished situation. |

Message | Paedophiles would only be able to "to live out their perverted lust" if it were children who were naked. Allowing people the choice as to how they choose to dress, or not, should not be regulation of government. |

Message | I wouldn't like to enjoy my cup of cofee and people running nude around me. |

Message | Not saying that all our members would either, however it is a matter of choice. There is no law stopping businesses from introducig rules that all peoples should be clothed whilst on premises, but it is not really a responsibility of Government to tell people what they can, or can't, wear during their private lives. |

Message | it is not a case of private life when people act in the public sphere. We should therefore prevent these things. We will by this ammendment allow privates to set up nudist area and nudist cafées etc. but in the public sphere nudity should be banned. And it actually is the responsibility of the government to protect others from unwanted situations such as nudity. This should as WSS!P say indead be held for the private lives and therefore not be part of public situations where it can harm others. |

Message | But could it not be argued that whilst someone is not employed (within which I mean at carrying out their working duties rather than unemployed) that that person is enjoying their private life and is not involved in public duty? As such, said person should be allowed to choose whether they wish to wear clothing or not. The allowance to then bar said people from certain outlets would then fall to the responsibility of the property owner whether they wish to allow their entrance. Nudity within itself does no harm and as such should we be banning the majority from doing something that the minority may attempt to take advantage of? We would argue that government is about provding for the majority whilst keeping a watch on the minority. |

Message | It could very well be the majority that wanted this ban. I recall several public opinion polls that showed that result. About the other statement, it must be said that when being in the public sphere, peoples rights must come after the right of the public interest and therefore we must say that nudity should not be allowed unless in is in the private sphere or at specilly created colonies and beaches. |

Message | I hope this is enough to convince WSS!P of the logic in this proposal. |
