| Whereas the the State of Ardinia was shocked by a terrorist attack in January 2070 with 68 dead and 111 wounded, We, the Senate of the Federated States of Rutania, Authorise and direct the Rutanian Government to increase security, tighten up border protection, and do what it deems necessary, within the limits of their responsibilities, to stop these terrorists. |
