MessageWe only like article 1 and 2 but the rest is no good.

I see that article 4 leaves disciple levels to the government instead of the schools themselves. I think the schools would know better then the government to set disciple levels. Sex Ed is also an issue that schools would know, plus it could make funding tighter in certain schools.
