Description[?]:

Fellow politicians,

Our arrival is still very present so we do not intend to overtake the Convocation with an extended party policy. A modest compilation of what our Order stands for. We hope to gain some public attention and the recruit of many followers, as we present our very first 'Doctrine of the Black Congregation'.

Art. I - RESPECT for the gift of life.
Art. II - FIRST STEP in the RIGHT DIRECTION. Taking religion out of the legislature system.
Art. III - DISCIPLINE in EDUCATION.

This Doctrine has been divided into three different legislations.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically

Random quote: "Soldiers are not the enemies of the movement. They're potential allies. They're more than that. Soldiers are the only people in America who are paying a stiff price for this war. Everybody else profits. Soldiers are the ones losing their lives, losing friends, having their lives disrupted. The real victims of American imperialism are its soldiers." - Fred Gardner
