Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Article 1 flies in the face of our traditions. Further more it allows a higher chance of us falling into a dictatorship. Also why are we putting political correctness over the feelings of the sekowo people? If their feelings counted, than surely an equal share of the cabinet for all parties regardless of the votes they recieved is not the best way to form a cabinet. |

| Message | The Revolutionary League for Emancipation believes that this coalition can only lead to gridlock and political infighting, the war of national salvation must be carried out in the form of a people's guerilla war if it is to have any chance of success. For revoluitonary forces to team up with the right means that the war cannot take on the form of a people's guerilla war and we doomed to lose. |
