| Message | Article 2 makes it take forever for new elections. So no. Article 3 I will support. Of course it woulnd't pass because some guys here hate the risk of ties. Go figure. I think ties are cool. :) Article 1, maybe maybe not. Depends what you pair it with I guess. |
