It is with great sadness that His Imperial Majesty's Government must announce that Holy Luthori Emperor Richard I is unlikely to recover from his illness and has announced his successor as Prince William of Orange, who shall become "William III" of this Empire.

On His deathbed the Emperor wishes to grant city status to the following towns in his beloved Yodukan:
Youk
Northminster
Richbrough

The Government will announce plans soon to change the national animal to the Lion in his honour.

Messageooc: Wouter is unable to change the names of HoS. The only way this could be done is to have an election, and if William III wins he becomes the democratically elected HoS, then you can make the position hereditary once more. Untl then it does nae work.
