Elderley people should take care of themselves while they're young.

I mean, its not like this is an all of a sudden thing. When we privatised the pension, it was phased out gradually over forty years and, if memory serves, the last year of retirees to receive the pension (which, by that point had reached a few dollars a week) was in the 2240s.
