| Violent pornography should not be as easily available as it is now, and we wish to see it removed from television networks. Similarly pornography should not be freely available at times when it may be witnessed by minors. Thus we strive to provide some form of decency by banning violent porn, and by restricting porn to later hours. We also feel that Article 2 brings Television up to the same standards as other media sources, who are only able to sell pornography to adults. |

Current: Sexually explicit material is not allowed, but nudity that is not sexually explicit is.
