Message | Sure it is. Except for Sisula, the current situation discriminates all regions. The number of people should be one of the many criteria to determine the number of seats each region receives in the national legislature. The regional GDP for instance is excluded. The BLP believe that the proposed change means a more just system and prevents regional independence movements. |
