| Simple bills to clean up some mess and mistakes to prevent future problems and difficulties. All of the articles in the soviet treaty are covered in the workers rights treaty. Having the age that one is declared an adult at 16 is irresponsible and foolish. The age of retirement at just 55 is too low and could have damaging effects on our economy. Having the term at 38 months is confusing and pointless. Having it at 36 means a government is in power for a whole 3 years and lessens confusion for the general public and all government personel. 666 Is an awkard number and a pointless number. 700 is an easier number to deal with and also steadies the political table. Chess is a sport for the weak where as Ice Hockey is one for the brave and true just like our people. |

The LoO agree with you that the Soviet Treaty is superfluous and the legal adult and retirement ages are too low (retirement age should be abolished in fact). We however feel Ice Hockey to be inferior to chess, as it favors the strong and not necessarily the skilled. Chess is much more symbolic of the individualism and meritocracy we are trying to achieve. If you are set on a team/active sport, we recommend Rugby, a very libertarian sport. The seat number of 666 was set at the time to represent the population, which was 66.6 million. The population now is almost 77.5, so a growth in seats seems appropriate. In the future we would recommend against even-number of seats to prevent stalemates. The length of terms actually has an out-of-character reason. The active parties of New Endralon reside on both sides of the Atlantic, and the eliptical term length allowed elections to cycle to advantageous times for all parties. Overall though it is a good first initiative; we will support it. |
