Description[?]:

In order to stimulate economic growth in the Private sector, and bring the Country closer in line with international standards, Industrial taxation will be reduced from 40% to 12.5%.
In addition, foreign investment in Private Companies will no longer come under the control of Government and investors will be allowed in invest in Nationally based companies. Private investment in Publicly owned companies, whether said investment be from National or International sources, will continue to not be allowed.
