| Upon passage of this act, the Gaduridos Space Agency will be formed, under the supervision of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Agriculture. The responsibilities of this agency are to coordinate all space exploration and large-scale scientific studies in outer space. Specifically, the GSA is tasked with designing a vehicle and propulsion system that can carry at least two astronauts safely into outer space, and bring them back. The target date for such a trip is to be five years from the founding of the GSA. The GSA is to be a completely civilian agency, and must not under any circumstances study or undertake any military uses of or operations in space. The General Staff of our Military may advise the Minister of Defense as to the feasibility of military operations in space, but this is not to involve the GSA or its budgets. |
