MessageOOC: I sent this to vote by mistake - not sure how to reverse that. I meant to allow discussion first, look at options. Please vote this down (unless you really like chancellor) so we can have time to discuss fully. I have to vote for it to avoid a penalty for voting against my own bill, but I'm not trying to pass this behind your backs or anything.
