Old value:: All television stations are owned by the state.
Current: The government subsidises a national TV station for educational and informational purposes; other private non-subsidised TV stations are allowed.
Proposed: All television media are private.

Proposal[?] to change Government policy on industry and subsidies to industrial operations.
Old value:: Certain industries are owned by the state, all others are under private ownership.
Current: Certain industries are owned by the state, all others are under private ownership.
Proposed: The government does not intervene in the market nor provide any form of subsidies/relief to industries.

Message | Actually, this is a radical lurch forward, but I never said the Rt Hon. gentleman had his head on straight. I was rather looking forward to a more colourful statement on his part, but I suppose froward will have to do. |
