As our illustrious Head of State is called the Prime Minister, obviously the Head of Government cannot also be called Prime Minister. We propose keeping the Head of State as Prime Minister and calling the Head of Gov Cabinet Chairman |

Message | Not Governor General, but Govenor could be ok. Or if people want President, then Parliamentary President might work. Or how about Chancellor or State Secretary. General Secretary might also work (but possibly sounds to communist?) |
