Whereas our present labor union rules are totalitarian and expressly antithetical to the principles of the right to organize, This bill would legalize secondary strikes, reaffirm Telamon's belief in the right to strike even when industry is run by the general Commonwealth, and set new and more liberal standards for labor union voting procedures. |
