MessageWe agree with article 1, but think there should be a national policy on recycling (although it should be less stringent than it is now). We would possibly vote for this bill, but definitely would if it was just Article 1.

MessagePolls may show one thing, but our party adheres to principles as well. Its really a mater of cost benefit ration. We may be willing to support moderate pollution controls if recycling is kept mandatory and enforced.

MessageGiven the amount of social spending we're approving it may be worth taking a look at reducing pollution controls slightly to increase industry growth.

MessageNo we would like to see mandatory and enforced recycling kept if we are at all to lower our pollution standards.

If we are to keep high pollution standards then we need to also keep an eye on social spending as well, despite the fact that social spending is a good thing. (OOC: when they implement economics we can't really expect to have everything)

MessageLIke I said before, only willing to consider the moderate pollution standards if recycling is kept mandatory and enforced, but since it is not, I cannot in good conscience vote for pollution reductions along with recycling reductions.
