Message | No it isn't. A flag is the property of the person owning the flag. For example, if I draw a picture of the RCP, it belongs to me not the RCP. If I buy a map of Paris from a Parisian street vendor, the map belongs to me, not the City of Paris. If I buy a South-Korean made Trigunian flag from the local Wal-Mart, it belongs to me, not the government of Trigunia, not the people of South Korea, not WalMart. And I can do with it whatever I want. |
