Message | The state OWNS media, that doesn't mean that the state controls what's broadcasted. |

Message | If it doesn't control what's broadcast, it should have no objection to opening up abit. Also, this will add competition, which will mean better programs, as TV stations and radio stations compete against each other more vigourously. |

Message | We are against a privitised media for various reasons, one of the most prominent examples are media barons. There IS competition under the current system, anyone can start a newspaper with governmnet funding. However the proposed law will allow rich oliogarchs with vested interests to buy into our media. Darnussia needs no ruppert murdoch. |

Message | But it will also lead to modern television, and proper compeititon. Making it mandatory for all radio/TV stations to have government influence is not only dangerous, it is against the values of freedom. |

Message | Propose it again with actual proposals. If you don't know, there is a button at the bottom of the bill page when it is still in debate. It should clearly state it's purpose, can't miss it. |
