Messagecos i just go through the current list of laws and create bills to change the laws i do not agree with. And it is to do with creating a new position for myself. by having a random bill is decreases the likelyhood that other parties will agree with it, and increase the chance other will vote against it. And if people vote for it then i get policies introduced that i agree with it.
