Message | Basically, so we're not extraditing our citizens to foreign countries to face punishment there instead of here. They're our citizens, they should be tried in our country under our laws by their real peers. |

Message | Most of it is fair enough, but Article 1 is unfair to other countries, unless we claim "universal jurisdiction" like Belgium does for war crimes (I think). Otherwise, we can't really try a lot of people for crimes they may have committed elsewhere. |
