| Article 1 I propose only the largest parties can propose cabinet changes to prevent stupid attempts like mine in the beginning by parties who have no chance of getting it pulled through (no matter how few positions they place themselves in). Article 2 They should be separated. Down with the hereditary ruling class. Article 3 More seats means a better distribution of points (relatively speaking) between more parties. |
