Message | Looks like Endralon is doomed to keeping its old cabinet (if that is really how it works) with no representation from all the parties who did best in the election, not only my own. So much for democracy and socialism co-existing! We should put this to a referendum... |
Date | 12:32:28, June 27, 2005 CET | From | Communist Party of Endralon | To | Debating the Revised Unity Cabinet Proposal of July 2072 |
Message | How are coalitions undemocratic? If several smaller parties, put together, got more votes than the one or two larger parties, what's wrong with them forming a coalition against the larger (but non-majoritarian) parties? |

Message | Nothing - if you can all get together and get Smirnoff on your side. But if that party really is retired, then we're left with a totally divided chamber, with both sides below 50%. |
Date | 13:17:05, June 27, 2005 CET | From | MLC Old Endralonian Resistance | To | Debating the Revised Unity Cabinet Proposal of July 2072 |
Message | the real issue is socialist cabinet vs capitalist cabinet people shouldnt have to vote for just one of the socialist parties to give this validity , a vote for any of us is a vote against you being in power. |
Date | 21:13:42, June 27, 2005 CET | From | Patriotic Libertarian Party | To | Debating the Revised Unity Cabinet Proposal of July 2072 |
Message | I think this is a drawback of this game - after each elections the old cabinet should be dismissed, that what happens everywhere in the democratic world. |

Message | Yup. Also for the MLC's comment, I agree. And if the Smirnoff party is dead then we non-socialists won. If they're alive, then you won. Problem is no one seems to know! |
