As it is now is the sick people with low income forced to either go around the system or die on the streets. We are completly for privatization as it is making progress in a society, but we need to have a safety net as well, unless we want a polarized society. We therefore propose this minor change: |

Current: There is a public health care system, but private clinics are allowed.
Proposed: Health care is private, but is paid for by the state for people with low incomes.
