Message | But let us decide which material are produced and what we need. This is more efficient than letting private companies decide how war is fought. |

Message | Then let us hear who will accept article one and who will accept article two! |

Message | "But let us decide which material are produced and what we need." - Already provided for by our already publicly operated companies whilst allowing innovation to come from our private companies while they compete to produce products that would attract the support of our military. We would support article 2 with modifications (i.e. should it be necessary in war time only). |
