Based on recent historical events it is important for our nation always to be prepared for war or in aiding other nations refugees. MessageBut let us decide which material are produced and what we need. This is more efficient than letting private companies decide how war is fought.

Message"But let us decide which material are produced and what we need." - Already provided for by our already publicly operated companies whilst allowing innovation to come from our private companies while they compete to produce products that would attract the support of our military.

We would support article 2 with modifications (i.e. should it be necessary in war time only).
