MessageAcho que os senhores não perceberam a nova lei para as farmácias. O que está escrito não é a leitura que lhe deram. A lei diz que o estado deixa de dispensar os medicamentos, por ele proprio, mas que passa a subsidiar e não comparticipar (que é muito diferente) o custo dos medicamentos. Ou seja, melhor acessibilidade do utente ao medicamento. Nas possiveis alterações há lei, está também a opção de comparticipar parte, mas não é isso que propomos. propomos a total comparticipação, ou seja o subsidio do custo do medicamento, mas sendo as farmácias a dispensá-lo.
